CHS 3rd New Team workshop in Montreal, QC.
The CHS will be hosting the 3rd New Team workshop to take place October 1-3, 2010 in Montreal. HTC team members including physicians, fellows, nurses, physiotherapists and social workers with three or less years of experience with bleeding disorders are invited to attend. Team members who are interested in attending are requested to return the attached registration form by August 31. The 3rd CHS New Team workshop is made possible thanks to educational grants from Baxter, Bayer, CSL Behring, Novo Nordisk, and Pfizer.
