The last activity the New Brunswick Chapter held was our Annual General Meeting and Symposium. This was held on October 29, 2011 at the Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace Hotel, 499 Paul St., Dieppe, NB.
Some workshops were followed by our AGM. Here are some of the topics discussed:

- Video Hemophilia: What School Personnel should know
We had two
very, very special guest speakers; they have written many articles in
the CHS journal, Hemophilia Today, over the years and are tops in their
fields!
1. Dr. David Lillicrap, researcher at Queens University wonderfully spoke on the treatments for Hemophilia today and in the near future.
2. Dr. Rochelle Winikoff, Hematologist, spoke on VWD treatments.
We were extremely fortunate to have these specialists at our AGM, as well as Craig Upshaw, CHS president and David Page, CHS executive director attended our Annual General Meeting!
We hope all who
attended enjoyed the great food and hospitality provided by the Society
and found time to enjoy the amusement park adjacent to Crystal Palace.
