This educational resources page was developped in collaboration with the CHS International Projects Committee
The purpose of this committee is to provide support and guidance to CHS chapters/ regions / Canadian Hemophilia Clinics engaged or wishing to become involved in twinning projects aimed at enhancing organizational capacity and supporting hemophilia care in developing countries. The committee is also responsible for identifying and funding projects submitted by the CHS chapters/regions/hemophilia clinics.
It is hoped that the information contained in this page will be of assistance to active Canadian twins and those considering establishing a twinning partnership.
If your CHS Chapter or HTC is interested in a twinning project, or even to volunteer with one of our twinning teams, please contact Michel Long, CHS National Program Manager, for detailed information.
Should you be seriously wanting to twin, we kindly request that as a first step you contact Michel Long so that the CHS, the National Member Organization (NMO) of the WFH, is not left in the dark and thereby unable to provide support, counsel and resources to ensure a profitable twinning experience.
General information about the WFH twinning program can be found on the WFH website on this page
